Description

We have observed a possible fibre break around Derrimut,Victoria. Our fibre crew have been engaged to attend site. An ETR will be provided once our initial investigation is complete. Further updates will be provided within the next 2 hours .

Vocus engineers have reported the issue to the third party provider.

Third party provider fibre technicians are onsite continuing to fix the fibre fault.
Based on the damage and number of services affected, a guideline ETR of midday has been provided.

Third party provider fibre technicians are onsite continuing to fix the fibre fault.
Due to the extent of the damage and number of services affected, a guideline ETR of 1 PM has been provided.

Further updates will be provided in next 2 hrs.

They are still on track with the guideline ETR of 1:00 PM.
